一、學(xué)校簡介

　　作為韓國最悠久的大學(xué)，延世大學(xué)（Yonsei University）成為于1885年。延世大學(xué)（韓：연세대학교）是一所以基督教精神為準(zhǔn)則而設(shè)立的高等學(xué)府，在真理和自由的精神下致力于培養(yǎng)為國家和人類作貢獻(xiàn)的社會(huì)人才。延世大學(xué)在韓國作為最有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的高等學(xué)府以悠久的歷史以其國際化的聲譽(yù)而聞名。延世大學(xué)距離首爾市中心只有4公里，占地96萬平方米.這座韓國最古老的大學(xué)現(xiàn)今已培養(yǎng)22.3萬學(xué)生，在校人數(shù)約4萬人。延世大學(xué)成立于1885年，它的前身是延禧大學(xué)，廣惠院和世博蘭斯醫(yī)學(xué)校。1957年1月，延禧大學(xué)和世博蘭斯醫(yī)學(xué)校正式合并，從原名中取首字，組成了延世大學(xué)。延世大學(xué)是韓國第一所進(jìn)行留學(xué)生交換的學(xué)校。迄今為止已與世界上400多所大學(xué)簽訂了留學(xué)生交換協(xié)議，105個(gè)國家的留學(xué)生在韓國就讀。

　　延世大學(xué)成長至今，已成為擁有17個(gè)學(xué)院、83個(gè)系科、11個(gè)專業(yè)文憑教育機(jī)構(gòu)的綜合性大學(xué)。學(xué)校83個(gè)系科全部提供學(xué)士學(xué)位課程，53個(gè)系科開設(shè)碩士課程，49個(gè)系科可授博士學(xué)位。延世大學(xué)現(xiàn)有在校生40000多人，分為新村校區(qū)（京畿道首爾特別市）及原州校區(qū)（江原道原州市）。

　　UIC是韓國第一所獨(dú)立自由的全英文授課本科人文科學(xué)學(xué)院，成立于2005年3月�，F(xiàn)招收韓國高中畢業(yè)生（即將畢業(yè)）及亞洲其他國家高中畢業(yè)生（即將畢業(yè)）。
